UEFA EURO 2024 Cash Prize Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
1. The Promotion
PSI-Pay Ltd and IPS Solutions Ltd will run a cash promotion from the 10th June 2024 to the 14th July 2024 inclusive (qualifying period). The total promotional prize pot is €10,000. Prize draws will be held on Mondays and/or Tuesdays from the 17th June 2024 to the 15th July 2024:
- 17 Jun 2024 – 10x winners will get €50 each for entries earned during 10-16 Jun 2024;
- 25 Jun 2024 – 10x winners will get €150 each for entries earned during 17-23 Jun 2024;
- 1 Jul 2024 – 10x winners will get €200 each for entries earned during 24-30 Jun 2024;
- 8 Jul 2024 – 6x winners will get €500 each for entries earned during 1-7 Jul 2024;
- 15 Jul 2024 – 3x winners will get €1,000 each for entries earned during 8-14 Jul 2024;
2. Who can enter the promotion
In order to participate in the promotional prize draw, you must be 18 years or older and be a verified Payz account holder. Corporate entities and Merchants are excluded from the promotion. You are not allowed to participate if you are an employee of PSI-Pay Ltd, IPS Solutions Ltd or any of its affiliate companies or a family member of such an employee.
3. How to enter and earn ballots
3.a During the qualifying period, each time you make a purchase with a Payz merchant by at least €25 or currency equivalent, you will automatically receive 1 ballot entry to the promotional prize draw.
3.b You are eligible to make multiple entries per day, every day during the qualifying period. Multiple entries on a particular day increase your chance of winning on that day.
3.c Each Payz account holder is eligible to become a winner in this promotion more than once. Subject to meeting the qualifying criteria for entries on multiple days, Payz account holder may be eligible for a prize draw on each of the days they qualified for.
4. Start Date, Closing Date and early termination
The promotion starts on the 10th June 00:00 GMT and runs until 14th July 2024 23:59 GMT. The promotional prize draws will take place every Monday and/or Tuesday from the 17th June 2024 to the 15th July 2024. PSI-Pay Ltd and IPS solutions Ltd reserve the right to:
- announce the winners within 7 business days of the indicated draw dates;
- modify or cancel the promotional prize draw at any time.
5. Winners and prizes
5.a The winners of the promotional prize draws will be randomly picked by an employee of PSI-Pay Ltd, IPS Solutions Ltd or its affiliate company from a list of all eligible participants. There will be no alternative prizes available for the promotional prize draws. The winners will be contacted using their registered email address or directly to their Payz account message center and announced on Payz Facebook and/or Twitter/(X) pages.
5.b By taking part in this promotion you understand and acknowledge that if you are a winner, your first name, initial of your last name and your country of residence will be displayed on our Social Media.
5.c The cash amount will be deposited into the winner’s verified Payz account within 7 business days from the draw. PSI-Pay Ltd or IPS Solutions Ltd may request additional verification documents before the cash amount is deposited into your Payz account. We will contact you via email or telephone to inform you about the additional requirements, if any.
5.d If the Payz account holder is found to be in breach of the Payz Terms and Conditions before, during or after the promotional prize draw notification, the prize will be withdrawn and PSI-Pay Ltd and IPS Solutions Ltd will reserve the right to re-run the promotional prize draw.
6. Legal Recourse
By entering the promotional prize draw, the participant accepts these promotional prize draw Terms and Conditions. All decisions by PSI-Pay Ltd and IPS Solutions Ltd are final and no further correspondence will be entered into. Participants agree that no legal action may be brought against PSI-Pay Ltd or IPS Solutions Ltd by any participant. These Terms and Conditions of the promotional prize draw shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and/or Cyprus. All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by the English/Cypriot Courts.
